Recently
a new client stated his telephone team needed
improvement, and requested us to assist with
telephone technique, sales and customer services
only. We quickly got to work on the basics
and immediately there was an increase in potential
leads converted to actual sales. In the training
it came to light that there were other issues
which greatly affected the team performance
which were connected to the leadership.
We immediately demonstrated that by improving
several other issues within the business this
would also improve conversion levels. The
business owner then decided to go up a level
with our involvement and we then coached him
on a business program for growth as he realised
most company issues are relative to each other.
To fix one or two issues is only very low
impact.
That company is now enjoying a larger profit
margin due to using many improved business
systems that give steady growth.
Cutting
costs
At
initial contact our new client had problems
with late payments and cash flow. He worried
that our fees are the last bill he wanted
when he was trying to stop spending and get
money in the bank.
We taylored our program to focus on cost cutting
first. The results showed immediately that
money started to flow from debtors and wasteful
processes where amended to be efficient and
cost effective.
This
allowed the owner breathing space so he could
start to implement with us effective business
processes to allow growth to occur.

A
client contacted us to help set her on the
path of building a business from just herself
(Sole Trader) to employing her first team
player. Our coaching program made sure she
would get started on the right track of building
a successful business. Because she used the
methods at an early stage, that business is
growing and is more robust at an early stage
than if she had not used our time tested methods.
